Whether you’re replacing an outdated solvent tank, upgrading an existing cleaning system, or adding cleaning capacity to your maintenance operation, this is an excellent opportunity to put proven Cuda technology to work.
Why Industrial Shops Choose Cuda Aqueous Parts Washers
Cleaning dirty industrial components is necessary work, but it shouldn’t consume valuable technician hours that could be spent on equipment repair, maintenance, or production.
Cuda automatic aqueous parts washers combine heated water, specialized industrial detergents, and pressurized spray to remove grease, oils, and accumulated grime from machinery components.
Unlike traditional manual solvent cleaning, the automatic process allows technicians to load the parts, start a cleaning cycle, and move on to other work while the machine does the cleaning.
The advantages include:
- Reduced manual cleaning labor: Free up skilled employees for more productive tasks.
- Solvent-free cleaning: Replace conventional solvent-based cleaning methods with heated aqueous detergent solutions.
- Heavy-duty capability: Clean large industrial components, housings, gears, and assemblies.
- Consistent cleaning: Automatic spray systems provide repeatable cleaning cycles.
- Improved shop productivity: Spend less time scrubbing parts and more time getting equipment back into service.
