New Cuda 7248 unboxed
We’ve got a big one in the shop this week.
Another new CUDA 7248 Aqueous Parts Washer has
officially arrived — and it’s already turning heads on the floor.

First Look
Fresh off the truck and just unwrapped, this unit brings
serious capacity and capability to our lineup. The 7248 features a 6’
diameter turntable with a 4’ work height, giving customer’s the ability to
handle large, heavy, and awkward components that smaller systems simply can’t
touch.
This is the kind of machine built for:
- Steel
mill components - Large
hydraulic assemblies - Rail
and industrial equipment - High-volume,
heavy-duty cleaning applications
Why the 7248 Matters
At Calumet Chicago Company, we’re always focused on speed,
reliability, and results for our customers — and the 7248 checks all three
boxes.
With its high-flow spray system and heated aqueous cleaning
powered by CUDA 1993 detergent, this machine delivers:
- Consistent,
repeatable cleaning results - Safer
operation compared to solvent-based systems - Reduced
manual labor and cleaning time - Environmentally
responsible cleaning process
In short — it’s built to get parts cleaner, faster, and
more efficiently.
What’s Next
We’re currently in setup mode:
- Final
unwrapping ✔️ - Positioning
for testing in the shop ✔️ - Utility
hookups in progress
Plan is to have it fully hooked up and test-running this
weekend.
Once it’s live, we’ll be running it through real-world
cleaning scenarios and dialing in performance — then on to scheduling install at
our customer’s site.
Looking Ahead
time-consuming to clean — this is the kind of machine built for the job.
